This website

The site has no accounts, forms, advertising, analytics or cookies of ours. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Commenting a keyword on Instagram

Some posts invite you to comment a keyword to get a link by direct message. When you comment on one of Lia's posts, we use Instagram's official API to read the comment and check it for a keyword. If it matches, we send you one private reply through Instagram.

For each comment that matches a keyword, we keep:

• the comment ID and post ID
• your Instagram account ID
• the keyword, the time, and whether the message was delivered

These records are stored on Cloudflare, which also runs the service that sends the replies. We use them only to send the message and to avoid sending you the same one twice. We don't store the text of your comment. Comment IDs and post links can also appear in private status alerts to us, which are delivered through Telegram.

Instagram is run by Meta, which handles your comments and messages under its own privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. It only goes to the services named above, or to others if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep keyword reply records for as long as we need them to avoid duplicate messages, or until you ask us to delete them. Emails are kept for as long as they're useful for the conversation.

Your choices and deleting your data

To have your information deleted, or to ask what we hold, email hello@liavellari.com with your Instagram username. Your privacy rights may vary depending on where you live. Deleting your comment on Instagram doesn't remove our record of it, so please email us as well. You can block @realliavellari at any time to stop messages from the account.

Children

This site and these replies aren't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
